We walk through everything together. You know what you have, how it works, and how to reach us. Then the month begins.
What the month looks like
After the kickoff, you have direct access to me for thirty days. Text, call, email; whatever works for you. Something breaks, I fix it. Something's taking too long, I look at it. A new problem comes up, we solve it.
Think of it as having a tech executive on your team for a month. Someone who already knows your setup, speaks your language, and isn't going to give you a ticket number.
No commitment after. If it's useful, we talk about what comes next. If it's not, no hard feelings.
