Was spending 45 minutes every morning sorting through emails, figuring out which jobs needed follow-up and which clients were waiting on quotes. We built a local agent that reads his inbox, categorizes by urgency, and sends him a plain-text summary every morning before he picks up his phone. He starts the day knowing exactly what needs attention.

Solo attorney

Dictated notes after every client call but never had time to clean them up. Transcription services felt risky with confidential conversations. We set up a local transcription model on her machine. Recordings never leave her network, transcripts are searchable, and she can pull up notes from any client in seconds.

Small construction crew

Job details lived in texts, voicemails, and the owner's head. We built a simple daily brief that pulls from his calendar and notes and texts it to him each morning: today's jobs, who's on what site, what's outstanding. His guys stopped calling him to ask where they were supposed to be.

Construction sales team

Their sales pitches were PowerPoints that were always out of date and never matched how they actually talked about their work. We built a custom iPad presentation app that pulls live from their project management software: real photos, real timelines, real numbers from jobs they've actually done. They walk into a bid with something that looks and feels like their company, not a generic slide deck.
